Disclaimer Regarding Custom Product Orders
When a purchase is made on any custom product, or any product that is customised to your exact specifications, once written and/or verbal approval has been given to proceed with the order, it is from that point that you, the Purchaser, are accountable for all costs associated with your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Hipac Packaging offers FAST EXPRESS DISPATCH within Australia.
All orders placed before 2:00pm will be DISPATCHED THE SAME DAY, Orders within ACT and Queanbeyan will be DELIVERED the same day, all other orders within Australia can be expected approximately 1-2 working days after the order is placed.
We do not deliver outside Australia.
Hipac Packaging will provide Free delivery within Australia on negotiation of order value and location.
All bubble wrap, cell foam and cardboard products may incur an extra freight charge regardless of order value, at the discretion of Hipac Packaging.
Privacy & Security
The information that Hipac Packaging Solutions collects is generally of a business nature and does not usually contain personal information. Even so, the information that we do collect will not be sold, rented or traded to third parties, unless required by law. Hipac Packaging Solutions may use information gathered to keep customers up to date with new products, offers and prices that are available. These offers may be based on information and details you have provided us in your details submission. If at any time you would like to be excluded from these notifications, you can contact us on admin@hipac.net.au , fax us notification to (02) 6299 5507. or send through a copy of the latest letter received and your request to be removed to Hipac Marketing, P O Box 7235 Queanbeyan NSW 2620.
Returns & Replacements
Returns for Exchange:
- Returns must be received within 14 days of the customer receiving the product(s).
- The product(s) should be in its original condition and package.
- Freight cost to RETURN the product is covered by the customer*
- Freight cost to RESEND the product is covered by the customer.
- Please note we do not give refunds for exchanges.
**Store credit will exclude the shipping cost which was used to send the product(s) in the first place.
Please include a note with your return stating:
- Order Number
- Invoice Number
- Name
- Contact number
- Exchange or credit request
Returns for Faulty Products:
If a product is faulty, it should be returned to us within 21 days of the customer receiving the item. Please contact info@hipac.net.au or call us at 1300 608 900 to arrange a return for the product. Faulty products once received by Hipac Packaging can be exchanged or refunded.
Please include a note with your return stating:

- Name
- Contact number
- Exchange or refund

The generation and forwarding of an order by you (the "Customer") using Hipac.net.au constitutes an offer to purchase the products from Hipac Packaging. All orders are subject to acceptance by Hipac Packaging, and are otherwise subject to its general terms and conditions of sale.
The display of products and prices on Hipac.net.au does not constitute an offer by Hipac Packaging to unconditionally supply the products at displayed prices. All products and prices shown are indicative only, and are subject to product availability and price changes.
All product descriptions are either provided by the product manufacturer, or based upon information provided by the product manufacturer. As a reseller only, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Hipac Packaging excludes all responsibility or liability for or arising out of any inaccurate or erroneous product description which appears on Hipac.net.au.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices on Hipac Packaging
All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are exclusive of GST. Hipac Packaging takes all steps to ensure that prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices should we inadvertently publish incorrect prices. If this should happen after you have ordered a product on the site and have passed through the check out, we will contact you prior to sending your order and notify you of the correct price. You will then have to choice to either proceed with your order or cancel the order.
Marketing & Promotions
By purchasing products or registering as a customer you agree that your details including your email address, mailing address and mobile phone number may be used by us to keep you informed about future products and services provided by us. If you wish to change your contact details (specify direct mail, telephone or email) or opt out of any communications from Hipac Packaging Solutions you can do so by amending your details on our website or alternatively contact customer service on 1300 608 900.
Updating Account Information
You may obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we hold personal information about you. You may also request a copy of the information and/or request that corrections or changes are made to it.
